A Favor House Atlantic is the tenth song on the 2003 album In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3.
The end of this song features the same musical interlude last heard at the end of "Three Evils (Embodied In Love and Shadow)," only played backwards. As with most interludes of this nature, it is believed by fans to represent the passing of time, or a change in scene.
This song was the first single released from this album, and was one of Coheed And Cambria's breakout singles. Directed by Christian Winters, the music video revolves around the band in a bar, attempting to pick up women. The band performs the song on the stage as they wear typical 80s rock style attire such as headbands and tight clothes. The video's humor is very tongue-in-cheek featuring antics such as drummer Josh Eppard attempting to look up girl's dresses, bassist Mic Todd in a drunken stupor soliciting the services of a drag queen, and Mic remarks to guitarist Travis Stever that the band playing "sucks".
An animated music video was also produced depicting Coheed and Cambria in their teenage years when they were still aware they were part of the K.B.I.
